  • Besides the net, locally this is the only place you can find arrow root flour. Need it badly to make the Healthiest Bread (and tasty) recipe by Dr Eric Berg n his wife. Searched hi n lo at HTeeter, Sprouts , but noooo. Trader Joe's is farther away so I hvn't checked it. And!...WFoods was the only mkt which sold Goat Kefir till Sprouts arrived BUT it's less expensive at WFoods unless if it's on sale with Sprouts app.
