  • Worst cab experience in my entire life. (Cab #4855) Blared gospel music during the entire ride and even my Catholic friend was offended. Very unprofessional and that was only the beginning of this nightmare. Three of us took this cab from Planet Hollywood Hotel on the strip to the airport in Vegas. The bellhop put our luggage into the cab NOT the cab driver. One of the back seats was folded down, so I went to get in the front only to find it was full of binders and paperwork. I honestly didn't know what to do, so I started moving things so I could have a seat as others were in line to take the next cab. The driver snapped at me that the other seat in the back could be popped up (obviously my lack of his vans inner-workings was offensive to him) He huffed and reached back and fixed the seat as I proceeded to walk around the van to the back seat. We told him we were going to airport and we were at different terminals and airlines. His response was a huff of acknowledgment. When we arrived at the first terminal he asked what airlines and we apparently did not answer fast enough as he started getting louder and louder. The lady in the back was the one going to this terminal and she was reading on her phone - plus again BLARING GOSPEL MUSIC. He proceeded to become more rude and so I stated we would all just get out together at this terminal. He started arguing and yelling that we wouldn't be able to get to the other Terminal and I explained that we would just take the inter-terminal shuttle. He said there was no such thing and that we didn't know what we were talking about. He refused to open the trunk for us and then proceeded to make us wait while he counted the payment ($15.00) Once he opened it he would not help us get our luggage out and even though two of us wanted to force him to do his job, I just wanted to get away from him. I unloaded the luggage for all of us and told him he had great Christian Values....being a jerk to three well behaved and professional women is completely uncalled for and undeserved. I cannot imagine how he treats young naive girls in Vegas for a good time. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. Also - of course there is an inter-terminal shuttle. It is free - as does every single other airport in the WORLD. We rode the one at this airport and a very nice young gentleman even helped me load my luggage onto it - my faith in humanity was instantly restored thanks to a young stranger.
