  • Can I give ZERO stars? I will give 5 stars to the woman who works the front desk she is a sweetheart... However everything else about this company is a joke, a bad joke! upon move in I filled out their check off walk thru list of defects of the property.. one year later when it's time to recieve my security deposit back they charge me $890 in fees for every thing that I noted in my initial walk thru! WOW! THE NERVE! -CARPET WASN'T CLEAN UPON MOVE IN... I ACTUALLY HAD IT CLEANED AFTER MOVING IN AND B4 MOVING OUT.. they charged me 290!. - walls were dirty up move in.. charged me 150 to paint! -200 charge for general cleaning when it wasn't clean upon moving in. even though I had throughly clean it my self b4 leaving... -weather stripping missing on front and back door, blinds broken or just not there, toilet paper holder missing and closet guide missing upon move in, and all noted at time of move in and the they charged me another 194 bucks for that! Bad business, Shady business... I would not recommend this company to anyone! EVER!
