I should be putting down negative stars. I had an appointment at 7am to get my transmission flushed. The manager didn't even show up until 740am. I asked her what happened she said I'm the manager I have the keys. That's it. No apologies nothing. I went in and let her know what my appointment is for she said "I'm not doing it" I asked her why now she said because "she's not going to pay for a new transmission" she wanted me to get a diagnostic before I got the service that I had already scheduled. I told her no I just want what I made my appointment for. She said "well I'm the manager and I'm not doing it" her name is tabitha. I left and will never be back, I will make sure everyone I know, knows about the horrible customer service that was given to me.
