Mediocre food, bad service.
I know this place is an Danforth institution, but being open for 30 years obviously doesn't exactly translate to a good custom er experience.
The food was ... Ok. I was expecting to be blown away but the burgers are just burgers like at all the other burgers joints on the same street, same with the chicken souvlaki.
Not good or bad just.... Meh. And expensive for that amount/quality of food. Think five guys prices for a Harveys hamburger.
The service is... Unique. I guess the owner works the front counter, though he doesn't seem to happy about it. The experience kind of reminded me of the soup nazi episode of Seinfeld if you know what I mean haha.
Not a bad experience but I don't understand the hype, I probably won't be back
