2017 update : Have been trying to cancel my extended warranty and have not had a positive experience getting the paperwork. They continue to delay returning it to me which cost me more money. Everyone always says they are busy and don't have time flat out unacceptable. They have had 72 hours and still have not done anything about it. 2016:I have had several poor experiences with this dealership. I am not confident that I can trust them. I even called the owner of their company in Winston Salem and was told that they would call me and they didn't. Common problem, took 5 months to get the manager of this place to call me back. Salesman was nice and did well, but everything else about this experience has been horrible.
