My experience here was very basic. Went on a Thursday night to go and watch the CAVS game. Wasn't crowded however the bar didn't have 2 seats next to each other and was only 8:30 at night. We were greeted by a server until 9:30, the appetizers we ordered weren't to shabby (that was until I woke up the next morning). Every drink/shot I asked for they didn't have the alcohol for because of Thanksgiving being the weekend before (why they didn't put in an order for my bottles at a bar is beyond me) at the end of the night I asked the bartender to surprise us with a shot because everything I was asking for they didn't have. I told her "surprise us with a shot something along the lines of whiskey (since that's what we had been drinking) but mixed with something so it's a little tasty" and the waitress brought us the most expensive shot they offered (Threewise Men) needless to say it will probably be a while if ever that I will subject myself to this bar and grille. No doubt there is defiantly potential for The Basement to be an awesome time to throw back some brews and watch a game with good people, but the atmosphere was lacking in regarded to their customer service and quality of food, along with the availability of booze. You guys can defiantly do better, just saying.
