This is without a doubt thee WORST customer service I've EVER experienced from any business, possibly ever! The other reviews on Dignity Bail Bonds are without a doubt, inside reviews, given how I was treated & the experience i had in such a short amount of time. I simply called and gave the typical (and quite possibly only) inquiry that you would expect for this type of business. First, I was answered with a "yeah?" In a bothersome tone as if I was a telemarketer calling during dinner time. I replied with "hi, is this a bail bonds company?" His answer was "yeah?" So I proceeded with what I would assume is the same thing they hear from every customer, asking what I need to do to bond out a friend. He says to me "well..do you know what the bond amount is? Because it sounds like you don't know weather this person can be bonded out!. Do you know how many bonds?" I said yes 2 one for $50 & one for $2500" and I kid you not he says to me "then I wouldn't bond him out!" And before I realized I said "I'm sorry?" And was answered with a dial tone. Terrible attitude. Terrible service. a ZERO - company!. Do Yourself A Favor And Skip Past This Terrible Experience.
