  • I recently went here for a brake job. I showed them exactly what was wrong they told me what was wrong with my car. We made an appointment to have my car repaired they said the labor would be about $175. I brought my car there they said it would take a couple hours after four hours they had done nothing. They told me that they did not have the correct parts after waiting over a week for my appointment. Of course I was upset. But I decided to give them one more chance. So we made an appointment for the next week. Once again they got the wrong parts. So they gave me a loaner and My car one more day. They finally got the car repaired the next. They charge me way more than they said they would for labor. These people do not keep their promises. They are incompetent, and they will rip you off. I cannot encourage you strongly enough to stay away from Shields automotive. Go anywhere else you will be robbed by these people and they are incompetent. Please don't go there will be sorry. You have to give a start to post that's the only reason they get any stars from me do not go.
