  • I took my child here who is 4 months old and was just released out of icu after being on life support and having rsv and pnuemonia it was his first follow up worst experiance ever i called the morning of my sons appt to verify the 10 am time and find out if i needed to be there early for paperwork i was told he had no appt at any location for him then i scheduled a same day appt at 4pm which was the only time left then they gave me the wrong location address 4 times so i was late to my appt because they told me to go to the mall location i get a phine call after to reschedule the 10 am appt my son missed after being told he had no appt then i get there after being 5 miles in the opposit direction when they gave me the wrong location and maria the front desk person was. rude yelled at me and told me it was all my fault my husvand and children and the othrr receptionist saw everything she did and what they had done to me and she looked in shock i get there go to the appt where they spent 2 min in the rokm with me before being done told me they would electronically send my scriots over well i get to walgreens to pick up the next day and guess what the dr office never sent a damn thing over !!! F!$% this place never ever again !!!!!!
