  • Im leaving town tomorrow & was very excited to see a groupin for eyelash extensions; 30 min drive away from me but I figured it was worth it. I purchased the $29 groupon for full eyelash extensions; made an appointment a couple days away (due to a cancelation). I Showed up ready (no eye makeup/eye cream), the lady on the phone stressed it, saying she turns people away daily because she watches them take makeup off in their car from the window in the front if the building. I walked into a ghost town, looked like a salon yet no one was there besides the unfriendly lady at the reception desk who coldly greater me; whom I found out was the person doing my eyelash extensions (no one else was there.. At all). I fill out the form & hand it to her, she asks if I've had eyelash extensions prior .. I say yes plenty times! Then she says I can't put them on you, you checked that you have allergies to adhesive .. I say yes to surgical tape.. Then she refuses to do my eyelash extensions saying just because I checked that and she saw it I can sue her.. Even though I just filled out a form saying that she's not liable if my eyes get irritated or something goes wrong. -_- I offer to cross it out or explain on paper or fill out another form. She refuses and basically tells me to hit the road.. I'm livid, I woke up earlier then usual, skipped breakfast with my family, rushed my kid to daycare (way earlier then usual) and drove 30 min to be so rudely turned away! Luckily groupon refunded my funds and apologized for the inconvenience ... I would not recommend this place not only because of the rude employee but getting eyelash extensions should be in a tranquil and comforting environment & this place is anything but that. I'm now looking at this situation as a positive, maybe it's best I didn't get eyelash extensions from LeToyes..
