  • Compared to other coffee shops in the area, Michelangelo's just doesn't measure up. I've gone a few times and the wait is so long. I'm not sure why I wait 10-15 minutes for a Chai latte. The prices are high, it's usually hot in there (even in the winter), it's not the cleanest, and the setup is less than ideal. It is a serious challenge for a new customer to find cream and sugar. With places like Ancora and Moka, Michelangelo's has some work to do.
