  • They were awful. I set up the move 2 weeks prior to it happening. I was given a window of between 11am and 2pm for the movers to show up. At 2pm, they called to inform me that they were on their way, and that they would arrive within 15 minutes. At 230, I called the office to inquire about the delay. The office girl said that she would call the guys to find out where they were, and then she would call me back. At 2:50, I called again (because she never called me back) to again inquire about why it was taking so long. At 3:15, I got a call from the actual movers, and they were pissed at me for calling the office to find out where they were. He stated (in his words:) "Look bro, we just got done with our First job and we gots to eat. I know you be callin the office and ****, but we be there in like 15 minutes." They finally arrived at 3:45. They were very rushed, and stacked boxes up so high on the dolly, that they lost the entire load (which included a $200 food processor) going down the stairs. They loaded the shipping trailer so poorly that they used more footage with less stuff than when we moved to Vegas...which ended up costing us more money. When the stuff arrived at our new destination, we were dismayed by how poorly the trailer was packed. They had placed boxes clearly marked as "HEAVY" on top of fragile things; boxes were crushed and impaled; An antique end table was destroyed; and our very expensive mahogany dresser was gouged and scratched because they threw our recliner on top of it with absolutely no protection! This company doesn't deserve to be in business because they send thugs and boys to do a mans job. Never again!
