Called service to ask a question and JUSTIN was really rude. He did not give his name and I had to ask for it. I know why they don't like to give out their names. Any creditable business will always provide their name. I called back and asked for the service manager and left a message and he did not bother calling me back.
NOT A GOOD PLACE TO DO BUSINESS!
Update, The service manager did call me back and gave me a long story about applying a service bulletin update and it required special cables and he didn't have them and blah blah. He liked to cut me off med sentence too. So I started saying "I'M TALKING" and he would let me continue. I called another dealership and asked if they have the tools necessary to apply a software update to an ECM and he said yes they do. Does it take special cables, NO. I explained why I called to double check the mangers story and he said I don't know what kind of equipment or personnel they have over there.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I BET SERVICE COSTS ARE HIGH!
