  • Unfortunately, I wasn't very pleased with most aspects of my order. I thought the front desk staff were very nice and helpful, and the prices were very reasonable. I scheduled my order to be delivered, and when they called they scheduled our drop off to be at 8:30am. That time rolls around and they're not there. They call and say they're having vehicle trouble and will be there in less than 30 minutes. 9:30am passes and they still aren't there. Finally they show up at 10:30am with our stuff. I ordered rocks and mulch. I asked for the mulch to be dropped off in the driveway specifically so that our front yard landscaping wouldn't be disturbed. But as they delivered the mulch, they dumped it in the side of our driveway with half of the pile covering our front yard. Great. So now I've got all this mulch stuck in our front yard rocks and plants. Then they delivered the rock on the other side of the house. Ugh. That wasn't that big of a problem. Other than the mulch messing up the front yard, the rocks that were delivered look COMPLETELY different than the samples they had at the rock yard. It's literally night and day. And they have the disclaimer of no refunds or exchanges, so there's absolutely nothing we can do. So now I have pink rocks which I didn't want at all. Oh well. Thanks anyway.
