The employees at this location go the extra mile for customer service. I had previously been using another pharmacy but wanted to switch to this location since it was more convenient. When I went to my doctor he accidentally sent my prescription to my old pharmacy (electronically) prior to confirming where I wanted it sent. I told him that I preferred CVS and he then sent the prescription to this location. A few hours later I called to check on my prescription and it was ready. When I arrived I gave them my insurance information since it was my first time there. They told me my insurance company said I couldn't get the medicine yet, that they were showing that it was already filled today. I explained the situation to the pharmacy tech and he said he could help get it resolved. He called my old pharmacy to confirm that I had not received that prescription and to get them to update it so my insurance would pay for my medicine at CVS. I could hear from the pharmacy tech's end of the conversation that my old pharmacy wasn't easily agreeable to correcting this(even falsely claiming I dropped off the prescription when it was actually electronically submitted). Luckily for me, the tech at CVS stood his ground. This saved me a half an hour trip. I really appreciate the customer service that I received here and will continue giving them my business in the future.
