  • I first want to say that this is review is for this Walmart Pharmacy only. We have had great experiences at other Walmart's. We have gone to this pharmacy several times in our short time in Surprise and they have consistently had poor customer service, they are all nice but they don't seem to know what they are doing. Today was the icing on the cake. We went to drop off a prescription, after my surgery, for pain meds. They told us it would be ready in an hour. My husband went back in an hour to get the meds, at the same time I get a call from the pharmacist asking me about allergies and if I had taken these before. They waited until he got there to make the call. In another unrelated incident; we turned in a prescription for antibiotics for another person in my family a month ago and are still waiting for them to get the approval from the workman' comp. Luckily we had a backup. We will be moving our medicine needs elsewhere.
