  • The employees here are actually extremely friendly and helpful, but if you dont have an appointment be prepared to wait 5+ hours. I had an appointment today and was in and out in probably 10 minutes- amazing! But I was with my sister who took the written test and got her permit without an appointment. If it wasnt for the new cell phone text line technology, we wouldnt have been able to get lunch, go to fashion show mall, and target down the street, and still make it back with plenty of time. My three stars is for not having a better system to make things faster for non appointments, having unclear signage for lines, and the lady at the entrance helping people gave us wrong info on who can make appointments. Also around 4 years ago the lady who conducted my drivers skills test said having a rosary on my rearview mirror was not allowed. She said you cant have anything that obstructs your view. But a second time I took a test a different employee didnt say anything about it. Clearly she was lying. Theres millions of people with an air freshner and fuzzy dice hanging around!
