I concur with others: the croissants were really good. We tried both the ham and cheese danish and the chocolate croissant and were very impressed. We also got some bread. It was good, but one puzzling thing: we got a Pullman loaf of rye and asked for to to be sliced. (The loaf shape is essentially made for sandwiches, and we were planning on using it as such.) we were told they don't have a slicer, which seems really odd to me - bakery without a bread slicer? The employee offered to hand-slice it for us and we declined, but I sensed that there was perhaps a little snobbery in the response - as if we were being uncouth to even dare ask them to slice their masterpiece for us. Maybe I misread that, but either way, my sense of the customer service was a bit less than ideal, and I would've been able to appreciate the bread more if I had nice even sandwich slices...
