  • I did not have a good experience. Actually i purchased the group-on and the communication with the company was good until they did not show up o my move. I also was put off by the fact that the group-on does not mention a 3 hour minimum and the fact that you have to rent your own truck. So you are paying 120 dollars an hour for just two people. I can find movers all over Las Vegas with a truck for half that. Then when I couldn't get a hold of anyone regarding my move I wound up grabbing a neighbor and doing it all myself (i am not a hard labor type of girl). one gentleman finally called to apparently apologize for not being at the move. He claimed he never saw my emails trying to reserve the time i requested, and told me if i can prove that I sent him emails hell send me money. Well of course I had the emails time and date stamped forward them to him and I am still waiting for the check just like I would still be waiting on them to move me. Bad on groupons part not fully disclosing the fine lines and stipulations that came with this company!! But they did refund my money back to me and I appreciate that.
