| - I was so excited to try Bulk Apothecary. I placed an order, it arrived and I soon realized that half the lip balm tubes I ordered were missing their lids which meant that I couldn't fulfill an order to a local business on time. I called and spoke with Tina who told me that they could not rush the missing caps to me, that they would arrive in the standard USPS mail at the same time as a "rush order." That was last Monday, November 4th. Tina assured me that they would arrive within 3-4 days and that they had new employees who must have messed up my order. She was barely apologetic. By Thursday, Nov 7 there was still no delivery. I called back and spoke with Vera, who was very helpful and could not believe that Tina did not have this missing part of my order rushed to me. I asked to speak with a supervisor and she informed me that he was out to lunch but would get back to me. By Friday afternoon, I still didn't hear back from the supervisor so I called and spoke with Vera again. She said she would put sticky notes "all over his computer" to remind his to call me back. Now, it's Monday at 12:30pm, I just got off the phone with Gretchen who informed me that the supervisor, Paul, recently had a baby and that's why he hasn't gotten back to me. I asked for someone else in management and was told the only other managers are the owners who are "very hard to get a hold of because they are busy." So here I sit, with no call from management and I am still without the lip balm tube covers while still unable to fulfill my client's order. What kind of business is run like this? Clearly, Bulk Apothecary, has a long way to go before they will ever be able to compete with well run companies offering similar products. SO DISAPPOINTED!
