  • Horrible customer serivce and horrible prices!! I had the misfortune of having to deal with Nate, the admin person whom replied to my email, and he was absolutely unprofessional. My one question turned into five different emails from him asking needless questions. And in the end, he didn't even answer the simple question I had asked. I will be looking for a new trash collection provider soon. *EDIT*. I just called asking why my $45 payment is now $50, and the representsive told me that when I started the service (1.5 years ago), there was a special going on. Now, he informs me that they are slowly increasing their price back to $60!!!!! Who does that?! And without any notice to customers? And the rep was not sympathetic, he merely stated the special is over and that is that. Who keeps a special going for 1.5 years then decides to hike the price back up? I am definitley leaving this company, even if it means I have to pay more for a different company.
