Helpful staff with only a 20% "annoying because they're on commish" factor.
Their lighting and tripod sections are particularly copious. Their books and bags sections are decidedly weak. This is nowhere near the caliber of store that you'd find at, say, Downtown Camera in Toronto, but it is the best I've found in the Brampton area.
The people are knowledgeable in the way you'd want, and have been really good on follow up when I've requested things not in stock, or phoned in ahead of time. As is so often the case with camera stores, many of them are self-styled photogs in their spare time, which can be great or terrible depending on how much of their personal philosophy you want to discuss.
Pro-tip: if you're buying a camera or battery from them, let them talk your ear off about the battery warranty. Extended warranties are for chumps, but they have a decent story here. And no, I won't elaborate.
