  • I put way too much oil in my car and when I began driving there was a huge cloud of smoke coming from the exhaust pipe. I called the place where I bought the oil to find out if he could give me an idea why this would happen. He said I blew a gasket...really??? Okay...so I called Jiffy Lube where I usually take my car for service. It was late and Edward who answer was very kind and said it sounded like I put too much oil, which made a lot more sense. He said I should have bought it in and they would have put it in at no cost. He told me to bring it in first thing in the morning and he'd get me back right. I bought it in and he had me in and out in a timely matter and all at no cost! He explained what I'd done wrong and after a couple of mile no more smoking! Happy Camper!!! Great service and both guys wore great big smiles!
