rev:text	I like this hotel a lot. As I type this, I'm on my fourth stay at this location. It's walking distance to almost anything in and around downtown Cleveland. The staff are friendly, the rates are reasonable, and I've found all of the rooms I've stayed in to be really nice. They're very responsive if you need anything - the only thing I've really needed was for them to replace a burnt-out light bulb in the bathroom. They got this done quickly. They've got a convenient parking garage, though it's a little expensive at $18/night if you have to pay for it (I didn't, fortunately). The garage is good to have but feels somewhat run-down inside - peeling paint, flickering interior lights, dirty stairwells, and an elevator that takes forever to get to your level (and there are only six levels). Still, it's just the garage. Also, if you're the type who gets packages delivered to you at a hotel, this one struggles a bit (though they've never lost any of my packages). Wherever they store the packages, their staff has trouble locating them later. You'll need your tracking info to make sure the package did indeed arrive there. The garage and package issue are fairly minor, and your mileage may vary as always. For the price, location, and overall quality of the stay, I can say that I'll gladly continue to stay here when I'm in Cleveland.
