  • Have to say, I've got mixed feelings about doing business here. Although I always look for opportunities to work with small-business owners, this guy's style is undeniably off-putting. His tone is condescending with a hint of that northeasterly disdain for the rest of us, and even when he's polite it comes off as completely scripted. That said, he knows his stuff and it's a neighborhood business so I'll probably continue to frequent the place, but certainly not because of his winning style.
