  • What a dirty location. There is trash stuck all over the barbed wire outside of the window. So nasty. I had to wait for over an hour to setup my account with a $5 deposit watching people pass me over in the queue. Lots of confusion for something so simple. This creation of an account was a requirement to get a loan with them. I sincerely wish I would have chosen another bank. This place is run down and needs torn down. NEVER use Roger from here. He is a slacker that just can't get things done on time. This is my 6th home purchase and this was the most complicated and worst experience by far. Don't be misled by lower fees. You will eat them up with wasted time for requests for the same information that they keep losing. They also will ask for one thing at a time vs. doing it concurrently keeping you busy. You have a good chance of missing your closing date with them. You will spend far more if you use them. If you love gathering documents at the last second that could easily have been requested previously, then this is your place. If you enjoy making multiple trips to the ghetto where one would have worked, then Roger is your guy. If you are the type of person that likes to be talked down to, then you will get plenty of opportunities here. If you like it when your closing date is missed due to overall incompetence, then give One Nevada your business. Otherwise choose another spot. (3 weeks later and they are still asking for more documentation that they already have so they can sell the loan. They also sold my information to everyone under the sun. They bombard you with misleading spam as bad as I have ever seen too.)
