Buyer beware...you get what you pay for. They did a great job laundering my dress shirts, but when I brought in three pairs of slacks to hem, they did a horrible job and refused to own up to their mistakes. I had to take my slacks back to them three times and they STILL couldn't get the job done right. I finally told them I wanted my money back and I'll go elsewhere to get my slacks hemmed right. I'm sorry...what was that? You can't refund my money? I've given you three different occasions to hem my slacks right and they're STILL not correct...and you can't refund my money? OK...fine. I'll make sure to publicize your lack of customer service. My fellow Yelpers...you've been warned.
