  • I would literally give this place 0 stars if I had the option to do so. I needed to get a gel manicure and pedicure before going out of town and my normal nail salon was booked last minute. I walked in and was greeted and told to choose my colors. The selection wasn't great, but I chose something and went to the pedicure chair. After about 5 minutes, another lady walked over to do my manicure. When I showed her the number that I wanted on my nails, she rudely told me that my nails were too short for that color (it was a bright coral) and she tried THREE times to get me to choose a matronly mauve. I told her to just use a light neutral, which isn't what I wanted, but I wasn't going to argue with her. She gets started on my "manicure" and she and the pedicurist are literally arguing with each other while I'm just sitting there between them. This continues for about 5 minutes. Another customer comes in to have a nail fixed that she had just gotten done a few days before. The manicurist then argues with her about having to pay for it. Literally argues. The other salon workers chime in, all yelling across the salon. When all is said and done, I had a 9 minute manicure--my cuticles weren't trimmed back AT ALL, my nails were filed evenly and then gel chipped within 2 days. 2 days. The pedicure was just as bed--my feet looked the same as they did when I walked in, only painted a different color--and sloppily so. Needless to say I will never be back. This place is an absolute disaster.
