  • I dealt with three people during my experience with mark Kia. Robert lemon initially called me and he was courteous and enjoyable on the phone. I had my appointment with Shane the cowboy. He was super helpful and informative. I was a bit disappointed he wasn't wearing a cowboy hat, but I'll let it slide. I found a car I loved and he helped me get it to a price I could manage without feeling super pressured. Lastly I dealt with Austin in finance. He was soooo helpful and fun and it was a pleasure ending our experience with him. I'm 100% happy with my experience at mark Kia.
