  • Was very disappointed when had to keep following up with the vet's office for weeks to get test results (in the meantime we used Google to provide more specific answers than we ever got from this vet's office.) We also found out we spent way too much ($500) in the office to get no good feeling about what to do to treat our pet. Went to another vet office close by who said a test was not even needed, as they instantly could visually see what was wrong and only had to pay $45 for that office fee and got answers!!!. Big difference at other vet office and a relief we went somewhere else. Feel we got ripped off at Gilbert Veterinary and vet doctor was not confident in results or treatment - left us completely discouraged. Would not go there. Not cozy office and had to wait way too long on both visits to end up with no answers. Did not like that they kept suggesting tests and other things to just jack the price up. Sad it turned out so horribly.
