  • I just got home from taking my car into this Jiffy Lube. My car was making noises on the freeway from underneath and I noticed that there was some grey, plastic plug looking thing sitting on my dash board that fell onto the floor of my passenger side. When I pulled into my driveway I immediately popped my hood and called them. They told me that the grey plug probably went in my glove compartment (why they had to go in there, I do not know- I have been to Jiffy Lube before and I am in their system so there was NO reason to be inside my glove compartment) and even so, the technician that worked on my car knew exactly where it went so I have no idea why he didn't bother to put it back. Not only all of this, but it was overpriced for bad service. I will never be going back there and realistically will not go back to another Jiffy Lube because of this experience.
