We stayed at the Hotel32 for our first time. We usually stay at the Aria but wanted to try something different. The check-in process needs a couple of steps. You need to attend the VIP checkin in the main lobby to get a key to go up to the 32nd floor to check in. This is a bit of a pain but there is no other way for them to manage guests. Once on the 32nd floor the staff are great. In particular Joel was fantastic and great to chat with every morning. The gal from France (forgot her name) was also great, so very nice. The lounge was nice but could improve the snacks. The packaged food does not compare to the tower suites at the Aria. The room we had was a studio which was ok, nothing really special. Joel showed me the suites which are much nicer....but will cost you. The only thing that I did not like was having to use my card on the elevator. I don't like appearing elite. Other guest were nice to ask what floor I wanted and I would have to say sorry I need to use my card. They would then comment on how special we must be....not comfortable for me. Overall the staff on 32 make the experience. I look forward to what this is when they are complete the renovations. We will be sure to return once that is done.
