I canceled my membership by coming in and signing the cancellation notice. I was assured that the billing would stop,. I just noticed that I have been billed monthly for $65 for three months after canceling. I called the shop
And they claim that their computer showsI have been canceled. However the billing has continued.
Obviously there is something wrong with their system. Possibly, they are scamming many people in the same way. When you cancel make sure that the monthly billing has stopped. I trust of them, now I'm sorry that I did.
I have no problem with the massage therapists that I worked with. They were excellent, especially Vince and David.
