| - Can I give less than 1 star? From Oct 2016 until today, 2/27/2018 I have been battling with the company to repair my mom's power chair. Originally I called about a loud squeak ...they sent repairman out. He said she was eligible for new batteries and wheels. I agreed, figuring that would help solve the noise. Nope. Still squeaked AND batteries would not hold charge. Called again. They came out in Feb 2017. Again replaced batteries and wheels. Squeak was still there AND it would no longer tilt to stand her up. Called again. They came out in December 2017. Replaced batteries and wheels AGAIN. Still squeaked and chair will no longer recline and batteries don't hold charge. Called again, repairman determined with tech support that motors must be bad. Ok?! They came out 2/21/2018. Replaced motors. They left before I was able to check out chair. It no longer reclines, the back or the seat, batteries don't hold charge and yes, it still squeaks. I've held it together believing they wanted to help us and repair the chair properly. Nope! Called when I realized chair still wasn't fixed. I was told the owner, Anton, would call me back. No call Thursday, Friday, Monday...I called today. Jasmine, extremely rude, left me on hold for over 10 minutes and told me Medicare doesn't pay for chair to be used for an hour. What!?!? How is my mother with a Muscular Dystrophy supposed to get to doctor?? Finally, Anton gets on the phone. He says she is right and that they have don't multiple repairs and haven't been paid. Huh!? I have Medicare EOB that says differently. Calling attorney, Medicare, AARP supplement and news station.
