Salesperson- Ed Davis- 5 star gentleman,
And I never rate anything 5 stars...
I was looking for a certain CPO vehicle and willing to travel for it. I dealt with 10-15 dealerships from Ohio to MD. I came across some really slimy tactics and unbelievably rude salespeople at other dealers. I have zero tolerance for that
At Eastside we settled on a price, but then I got held up (VW buyback) and couldn't get out there until almost 2 weeks later. I was lucky the vehicle was still there, and we picked up where we left off. They even still honored the price we negotiated from a few weeks earlier (which based on mileage and year was far better than anyone else). I traveled 4 hrs to get out there and was on the road with the car in about an hour. No funny stuff. No trying to tack on extras. No red flags. No aggravation.
Ed Davis seemed like a genuinely nice guy. Not fake nice, not pushy, not intimidating. While other salespeople were upfront on what days they weren't available, Ed even came in on his day off to close the deal.
Well worth the day trip to get a better deal without any BS
