  • This is an updated review! I received a very courteous call from Carly that there could be an adjustment to a schedule and they will be able to have an installer out tomorrow. This was the best customer service and I have to give Carly gold stars for her patience and understanding. ********************************************************************************************************************** I wish I could provide a review of the cabinets, but I can only provide a review of the customer service at this time. When the gentleman arrived to measure and provide an estimate all was great. Then the problems started. I called to ask to have the configuration changed and schedule my appointment. The appointment was scheduled, but no one ever called me back about the change request. When I was called with the reminder I asked about the change request and was told there was no notes. The question was "who did you speak to?" My response was I was not sure and I did not realize I needed to get names and that there would be issues. So. once I was sure the change was added and now asked who I was speaking to "Jim". Well come morning just before my appointment time at 9am I get a call from Jim that my installer had a family emergency and could not complete the install. I said "okay" next Monday. I called back asking if there was any way I could get a late appointment since my old garage cabinets were emptied and all over my garage I wasted last weekend emptying the old cabinets and would not be able to use the next weekend to put things away. Could someone work extra since the company does not have a good way to deal with employees being sick or having emergencies. Well that was the wrong question. They cannot ask anyone to work extra and have no way to cover these situations. Since I already have garage ceiling racks, I only needed a 12 foot cabinet. Maybe that's why I had issues. I got a lot of attitude and was told "I hope you mother never gets ill and you have to go to the hospital", then hung up. Well folks my mother died when she was 49, over 25 years ago. That was an truly ugly statement. Not once was there an apology for the inconvenience or did they even recognize there was an inconvenience. Maybe a can I give you a credit to deal with the inconvenience? NOPE . I was told "you only called to bitch." Enough said. I cancelled the install and will find someone else. Take your business elsewhere.
