I happened to be on this side of town, needed to go to Babies R Us to get a gift, then noticed Marshalls across the parking lot.
I was very impressed with this Marshall's location - cleaner, brighter, larger, and more organized than other ones I've been to.
What impressed me most, however, was that when I got in line to pay for my purchase, only one person was ahead of me. There were already two customers being serviced at the two open registers. But the manager opened up a third register to handle the overflow. I have never, ever seen this happen at any of the other locations, where they never give a damn if there are 20 people in line!
I wish I lived closer.
