  • Had an outpatient procedure scheduled and was called to pre-register. It was at that time I was informed that I would have to pay 1000.00 upfront to cover my co- insurance. I asked for an invoice, something to see what I was paying for. Nope, no invoice, these were "estimates ". Huh? I'm not paying for estimates. Rescheduled procedure at another facility. This place will pick pocket you. Do yourself a favor and stay away, don't come here. Without an invoice, I have no idea what I'm being charged for or how much I'm being charged. This is not good business practice. I will be following up with the state and the BBB.
