  • Came in for lunch. Moderate line. Staff was friendly and helpful. Ordered the brisket bowl. Just the right amount of meat. Tender and fall apart. Mac and cheese was delicious. Only issue was it was lukewarm. Would prefer a tad hotter. Wife had the pork bowl with Mac and cheese and cole slaw. Luckily there was bbq sauce, because the pork was dry. Not sure if it's the best in the valley, but worth a try.
