  • Under new management, but still HORRIBLE customer service. I was clearly clueless about what leather to use for my intended craft project, and the salesperson did little to explain the various options. Recommended one leather, but didn't bother to actually show me what it was or where it was in the store. Trying to get alternate recommendations was like pulling teeth. As I was perusing, the salesperson kept disparaging any leather good on my person, suggesting it was poorly made and there were craft kits in store that would give me a better result. Thank you, but I don't think me stitching my own moccasins would be better than leather loafers made by experienced Italian artisans.
