| - unhappy ex customer here... I work in customer service and I understand that rules are sometimes "ok" to be broken, if it means to make an extra buck, when you don't have a better opportunity. Showed up here with my family of 5, 3 of them are little kids... We asked for two lanes so we could have one with and one without bumpers. They refused to accommodate... It would "mess up" their lineage.... I could understand if they were at capacity or even close to it... But it was dead in there. After an hour I asked again for one more lane for one game and they still refused... It's bull crap because they have done it before, they were just being jerks today, which is unfortunate... Because now I won't go back, I'm not expecting special treatment or trying to be selfish, but it would have been nice to have some consideration for my situation. They lost out on the $25 it would have been for my husband and I, along with our bar tab, and future patronage from my family. I've had $300+ birthday parties here, brought friends and family here and I will NEVER again, or recommend. It was extra dirty tonight too, they put my kids at a lane with two dirty tables that weren't cleaned off during the entire time we were there.
