I received the most horrible customer service. They were short staffed in the copy and print area so instead of politely asking me to wait or apologizing for the wait time I was asked what I needed and before I could even get my sentence out the young red head rudely spoke over me. She answered a question that I didn't have and refused to let me get my sentence out rushing to get to another customer. As a paying customer I felt I should have been given the same respect as the "male" customer however unfortunately I wasn't. Then the manager Bryan speaks up for her when I asked to speak to him stating he was short staff and looking to get more people in. Well if they can't provide good customer service then maybe they should close until they can. I took my business to fed ex instead :)
