First off, walking into the restaurant is uncomfortable because there is a cluster of people reading the menu board right in front of the cashier.
We were pretty optimistic being all we ordered was hamburgers and French fries... And I guess that is all we should have expected.
After ordering the food we waited probably 25 minutes before we even saw a waiter... And when they finally brought us our lunch only half of it was there. When the final burger made its grand appearance my other half cut into it and it was completely raw in the center. Not medium as they said it would be, but the meat itself was cold and squishy to the touch as if it had never seen any heat.
We immediately flagged down a waiter and expressed our discontent and they swept it off and promised another... Being that it is a new restaurant we forgave the mistake easily. BUT when we got the replacement burger another ten minutes later it arrived exactly the same. Raw in the center. We typically give every new restaurant a second chance, but that won't be happening.... I can tell you one thing, going their simply made me long for the amazing food across the way at Grape Street.
