Yeah, I know. It's a US Post Office, and what can you possibly expect. However! Their enduring incompetence has now cost me in mail that I've paid for and/or was otherwise important. Because of their inability to manage simple things like an address change, it has been - literally - one year and three months since I have NOT been getting mail. I've been in there several times, have waited in total over six hours, have been on the phone nearly a dozen times and the answer is always the same: Yes, we have taken care of it. Thank you for coming in.
In addition, I've seen them actually kick people out of the facility AFTER they were in before closing at 5P. I've also seen people disappear into the back room for more than 20 minutes "looking" for a package. I've been told one thing while waiting in line and getting a different story when I get to the counter.
This place needs a complete refresh, including the manager - who actually thinks they're doing a great job.
