  • I've been to Sage several times already, and I'm never disappointed. I love the ambience and privacy of this place. It's not loud or obnoxious at all. I've probably had everything on their menu, and their foie gras creme brûlée is the best. I've had foie gras a million ways, and this is definitely the best preparation I've had. Their slow poached farm egg with the black truffle is also amazing. So creamy and delicious. Their filet and skirt steak are a must have. I don't remember the name, but their cotton candy cocktail is delicious and sweet. The service is always great and professional. Safe to say I love everything about this place. And yes, I WILL be back.
