  • This place is terrible. Its a brand new office and it shows. The receptionists are rude, with the exception of the only mature lady working there (short brown hair)- she is professional and actually smiles at you when you come in. The younger women at the desk are cold and unpleasant. Several times when I called to book an appointment, I was brushed off entirely. I would have to call back another day in hopes of the more competent lady answering- this can take several tries. The doctors are young and inexperienced. I have had dealings with two of them. I will not name names, but both were fake and uncaring. They do as little work as possible during your appointments. They leave the room numerous times during your allotted appointment time. They have little to no memory of what occurred during your last meeting, going back on what they had said prior, or, saying that you had misunderstood everything and they said nothing of the sort. I strongly suggest avoiding this place and going to a more reputable clinic. Worst clinic I've ever been to in North York - no competition!
