  • Brio has become a classic staple for both casual family dining, and date night with friends. My husband and I had our wedding rehearsal dinner here also, so it's near and dear to my heart. You start off with a basket of free bread, and Parmesan crusted sesame crackers that are delicious. I ask for oil and vinegar as opposed to the butter that comes out with it regularly. The menu has a wonderful variety of salads, pasta, fish, chicken and steaks. My favorite menus items include: the strawberry chicken salad, steak salad, and chopped salad , the ricotta stuffed pasta in the spicy vodka sauce, the lobster bisque, salmon Fresca, and also the beef medallions. I'm picky about my steak being cooked all the way through, and they always do a great job. This place is also super kid friendly. Crayons to color on the paper tablecloth, and the most delicious kids size Mac and cheese that is easily shareable for two children. Brio, don't you go anywhere.
