  • To begin, the haircut and the stylist were great for out child's first haircut. Unfortunately, the beginning of the experience at the front desk almost made us leave. Rude and unorganized, and not helpful at all. While trying to get on the schedule, the front desk person checked in the person behind us, telling them it would be 30-45 minutes versus OUR time of 1 1/2 hours??? We pointed this out, and they just stared at us. Maybe they already checked in, but staff offered no explanation and just walked away. Doubtful if we will return.
