rev:text	My son has been waiting on a curb at Maccarran airport since 400am and it is now 523am - he spoke with a driver (van#620) & the driver gave him a # to call - which he did and the lady said that no one was coming to work there until 700am.... The reservation he has is for 430am - scheduled on the web and confirmation was issued... I need a reply and/or explanation IMMEDIATELY..... there dis a young person sitting on a urn at Las Vegas airport alone... I also just called and the rep just hung up on me without even replying to me after waiting for 15 minutes on hold......???? I just called back and am currently speaking with the dust rep - he just asked me about the pickup at 2237 Maple - the reservation clearly states - Las Vegas Maccarrah airport.... he didn't say a thing just put me on hold.... Tina - comes on the line now and is extremely rude and tells me that they don't have enough driver so he has been sitting there wall morning and now they saw they are not going to pick him up....she states she doesn't even look at the airport screen since no one comes in until 700am and she doesn't have any vehicles going out that way... She says we don't do anything at the airpot at all until 0700am - then why in the world do you allow your website make reservations at 0430am and advertise it..??? SO Tina says to cancel the reservation and take a cab & pay for it & save the receipt & they will pay for it.... she just said this 6/01 @ 0539am.... I will be sending the receipt today after he gets home.... I will make a huge complaint about this.... she even states its her fault for not being completely staffed and not checking the airport screen...
